CLEAR BOUNDARIES. RESPONSIBLE COMMERCE.

Acceptable
Use Policy.

Ogion Consulting AB · Operator of Una Launch

Version 2026-10-17.117 October 2026Initial legal draft

This draft sets out the activities we consider, the offers that need closer review and the conduct we do not permit.

1. Who this policy applies to

This Acceptable Use Policy is issued by Ogion Consulting AB, which operates the Una Launch brand and platform. ‘We’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refer to Ogion Consulting AB; ‘Una Launch’ refers to the platform. It applies to applicants, merchants, contractual suppliers, account users, products, promotional material, customer interactions and integrations using our services. A ‘product’ includes digital content, software, subscriptions, memberships and related digital services. A ‘supplier’ supplies products to us under the applicable merchant agreement; Ogion Consulting AB, operating as Una Launch, acts as Merchant of Record for transactions accepted under that agreement. This policy supplements that agreement and does not itself guarantee onboarding, processing, geographic coverage or access to any payment method. Mandatory law and consumer rights take precedence. Current access is sandbox-only; no provision of this draft authorises live payment processing or payouts.

2. Merchant and supplier eligibility

You must have legal capacity and authority to enter the applicable agreement, provide truthful information, and demonstrate the identity and ownership of your business and products. We may require identity verification, business registration, beneficial-owner information, tax information, sanctions screening, source-of-business explanations and evidence of licences. An individual must meet the applicable age of legal capacity; minors may not operate a merchant account independently. An application or low-risk automated classification is not approval. You must keep contact, ownership, product and beneficiary information accurate, tell us about material changes and use only an account authorised for your business. Do not lend, rent, sell or conceal control of an account, act as an undisclosed aggregator or process for another business without written agreement.

3. Products we consider supporting

We primarily consider legitimate digital products and services: SaaS, software subscriptions, lawful AI applications, original digital downloads, courses, creator content, design assets, productivity software, moderated digital memberships, developer tools, APIs and authorised software licences. These are examples of activities we intend to support, not a promise that every product, jurisdiction or business model will be accepted. You must have the necessary rights and a lawful ability to deliver the product as described. Acceptance depends on the actual product, customer journey, customer location, applicable law, risk assessment and payment acceptance requirements. Our Supported Industries page helps explain this scope; where a specific written restriction applies, it takes precedence over a general industry example.

4. Restricted activities and enhanced review

Written approval may be required before offering products involving financial or investment education, regulated professional advice, health or wellness claims, age-sensitive but non-explicit content, defensive cybersecurity, user-generated content, high-risk digital goods, licensed resale, complex fulfilment or unusual subscription structures. We assess the particular activity rather than automatically rejecting an entire legitimate sector. Educational software is different from an unlicensed investment service; defensive security training is different from selling stolen credentials. We may ask for licences, ownership evidence, moderation rules, refund records, financial forecasts or customer communications, and impose product, country, volume or reserve conditions in an agreement. Restricted status is not provisional permission. Approval is discretionary, must be recorded in writing for the defined activity and is never guaranteed. A change in the offer, distribution or risk can require renewed review.

5. Illegal activity, fraud and evasion

Do not offer illegal goods or services, facilitate criminal activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, corruption, sanctions evasion, identity theft or trafficking, or help another person do so. Fraudulent orders, stolen payment instruments, fabricated transactions, collusion, payment testing with unauthorised details, refund abuse and attempts to conceal a transaction’s real nature are prohibited. Do not misrepresent your identity, affiliations, product capabilities, price, availability, customer reviews or endorsements. Scams, phishing, impersonation, deceptive lead generation, fake charities and deliberate non-delivery are prohibited. A claim that an activity is lawful somewhere does not establish that it is eligible on Una Launch.

6. Gambling and betting

Gambling, betting, wagering, unapproved lotteries, casino operations and products that facilitate real-money gambling are prohibited on the platform. This includes digital credits or services functioning as gambling stakes or cash-out substitutes. A legitimate educational, analytics or entertainment product that merely discusses gambling is not automatically a gambling business, but may require review where its functionality, promotions or customer flow could facilitate wagering. We assess substance, not a product’s label; disguising gambling as a digital membership does not make it eligible.

7. Financial services, investments and trading

Unlicensed or unauthorised financial services, investment solicitation, investment products, FX/CFD brokerage, speculative trading services, investment schemes, deposit taking and the sale of financial interests through our digital-product checkout are prohibited. We do not provide a route to avoid authorisation or other financial regulation. Prop-trading challenges, funded-trader programmes and products promising access to trading capital or performance-based trading payouts are prohibited under this platform policy. General financial literacy, research tools, budgeting software and non-personalised educational content may be considered separately, subject to enhanced review, truthful risk disclosures and any required licences. Calling a service ‘education’ does not exempt advice, brokerage or investment activity from these restrictions.

8. Cryptocurrency and token activities

Cryptocurrency exchanges, custody, investment schemes, staking or yield schemes marketed as investments, token offerings and the sale of tokens or transferable crypto value through the platform are prohibited. Do not use digital product sales as a cover for converting, transmitting or laundering virtual assets. Legitimate software, developer tooling or factual educational products about distributed-ledger technology are not automatically prohibited; their actual functions, promotional claims and users may require enhanced review. No approval of software constitutes approval to provide a regulated or prohibited crypto service.

9. Adult and exploitative content

Pornography, sexually explicit products or services, sexual services and services principally facilitating their distribution are prohibited. Child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, trafficking, non-consensual intimate content, sexualised deepfakes without the required consent and content that unlawfully exploits a person are prohibited in every form, including AI-generated material. Age-appropriate education, clinical information and non-explicit artistic material are assessed on context and may require review; they are not automatically treated as pornography. Any applicable safeguarding and age restrictions must be met.

10. Controlled, regulated and dangerous goods

Controlled substances, illegal drugs, prohibited drug paraphernalia, weapons, ammunition, explosives and dangerous products or instructions intended to facilitate unlawful harm are prohibited. Physical regulated goods, prescription medicines and products requiring special distribution or sale permissions are outside our standard digital-product scope and must not be presented as ordinary digital downloads. A lawful digital learning product about safety or regulation can be assessed separately, but must not facilitate unlawful manufacture, procurement or misuse. Supplements, health products and similar regulated offers are not accepted simply because a digital membership accompanies them.

11. Ownership, intellectual property and licensing

You must own or hold sufficient rights to supply every product, asset, licence, dataset, brand element and promotional claim to Una Launch and customers. Counterfeits, pirated software, unauthorised licence keys, stolen media, unlawful access credentials and content infringing copyright, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights are prohibited. Explain customer licence conditions, usage limits and third-party dependencies accurately. Licensed resale requires evidence of the distribution chain, valid resale rights and written approval where required. Do not imply that a licence permits uses its rights holder has prohibited. We may ask for provenance and remove or restrict a product while a substantiated rights complaint is investigated.

12. Cybersecurity and technical misuse

Malware, ransomware, credential theft, botnets, unauthorised intrusion, exploit services intended for abuse, abusive surveillance, denial-of-service services and stolen account or data markets are prohibited. Do not attack, scan without authorisation, disrupt or bypass the security of our platform or another person’s systems. Legitimate defensive security products, authorised penetration-testing tools and research or training can require enhanced review and evidence of controls preventing abuse. The existence of a tool’s legitimate use does not excuse a business model built around unauthorised access or harm. Report suspected platform vulnerabilities through our contact channel without accessing unrelated data.

13. AI products and generated content

AI products must be lawful, accurately described and supported by appropriate rights and safeguards. Prohibited uses include unlawful generated content, fraud, impersonation, non-consensual sexual imagery, discriminatory or otherwise unlawful services, fabricated credentials and deceptive claims that outputs are verified facts or guaranteed professional advice. Do not offer a service designed to defeat another system’s safeguards for illegal activity. Explain significant limitations, automation and material data practices to users. Obtain the necessary permissions for training inputs, uploaded content, voice or likeness use, and distribution of outputs. Higher-risk use cases, particularly where outputs influence significant decisions about people, require individual review and may be refused.

14. Pyramid schemes and deceptive income claims

Pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, abusive multi-level marketing, pay-to-recruit programmes and get-rich-quick schemes are prohibited. Do not promise guaranteed income, investment returns, customer acquisition or business success where those claims are false, unsubstantiated or misleading. Genuine business education, marketing software and creator training are not automatically prohibited, but claims, evidence, sales tactics, incentives and refund arrangements are reviewed. A digital course must not be used to disguise a recruitment or money-circulation scheme.

15. Transparent subscriptions and customer consent

State the product, billing currency, payable total, billing interval, trial terms, renewal mechanism, minimum commitment and cancellation process clearly before a customer commits. Obtain the consent required by law and the relevant payment arrangement. Hidden renewals, misleading free trials, unauthorised recurring charges, obstructive cancellation and deceptive negative-option billing are prohibited. Do not treat silence as consent where affirmative consent is required. Honour valid cancellation requests and explain when access ends. Any price or material subscription change requires the notices and consent applicable to that contract; do not silently replace a customer’s original terms.

16. High-risk digital goods and resale

Products with unverifiable provenance, unauthorised resale, high fraud exposure, convertible digital value, transferable balances, account trading or uncertain fulfilment require particular scrutiny and may be refused. Gift cards, stored-value products, access credentials, game currencies and similar arrangements are outside our ordinary approved digital-product model unless an expressly permitted structure is agreed in writing; illegal, stolen, counterfeit or prohibited financial arrangements are never permitted. Legitimate licensed digital distribution is assessed individually. You must identify the supplier, demonstrate rights, explain delivery and prevent use as undisclosed payment aggregation or value transfer.

17. Sanctions, jurisdictions and prohibited persons

Do not use our services where a transaction, person, entity, territory or activity is prohibited by applicable sanctions, export controls or other law. Provide accurate information about your location, beneficial ownership, customers and distribution, and do not conceal them through proxies, false addresses or intermediaries. We may restrict otherwise lawful activity where we cannot reliably establish compliance or support a jurisdiction. Geographic availability is not universal and may change. A screening result does not replace an applicable legal restriction. We may request additional information, reject an application or hold a transaction while a potential match is investigated, subject to applicable law.

18. Consumer rights, delivery, refunds and cancellation

Deliver the product promised, provide working support and state compatibility, access duration, licence restrictions and material limitations before purchase. Refund, withdrawal, cancellation, conformity and remedy obligations depend on the customer, product, contract and jurisdiction. Do not state that every digital purchase is non-refundable or that starting a download automatically removes statutory rights. Where a lawful exception requires prior express consent and acknowledgement, that process must be implemented and evidenced; this policy does not itself obtain that consent. Our customer-facing terms and applicable law govern the customer transaction. Cooperate promptly with Una Launch in delivering refunds and handling complaints and disputes; do not instruct customers to waive non-waivable rights.

19. Privacy, personal data and security

Use personal data lawfully and transparently, collect only what is necessary, retain it only for an appropriate period and protect it with proportionate technical and organisational measures. Provide accurate privacy information and identify the responsibilities and arrangements that apply to your product. Do not sell unlawfully obtained data, process special-category information without a valid basis or use covert or abusive tracking. Keep accounts and integration secrets secure, restrict access and notify us promptly of incidents affecting the platform, customers or product delivery. Never collect, store, proxy or request raw card numbers, CVV or sensitive payment-authentication data through Una Launch integrations. Use the secure payment interface provided for checkout.

20. Moderation, complaints and rights reports

Products allowing user uploads, communities or generated content must have proportionate rules, reporting tools and processes for dealing with unlawful or harmful material. Respond to credible complaints, rights reports and safeguarding concerns, preserve relevant evidence lawfully and cooperate in remediation. Do not retaliate against customers for raising legitimate complaints or obstruct their access to remedies. We may request moderation policies and records where relevant. To report suspected misuse or request review of a restriction, use the Una Launch contact page and identify the affected product or account without sending passwords, API secrets or sensitive payment data.

21. Monitoring, investigations and information requests

We may review applications, websites, products, descriptions, transaction patterns, disputes and other relevant information to assess compliance and risk, consistent with applicable privacy obligations. Automated website analysis and classification support review; they are not legal findings and cannot override a deterministic prohibition or required manual approval. Supply accurate supporting information within a reasonable stated period. Refusing necessary information, obstructing an investigation or materially misrepresenting an offer can result in restrictions. Where practicable and lawful, we will explain what information is needed and provide a route to correct mistakes. We may withhold details where disclosure would undermine security or an investigation or breach law.

22. Restrictions, suspension, termination and financial treatment

We may decline or limit an application or product, stop new transactions, request enhanced review, suspend access or terminate services where the applicable agreement and law permit, including for prohibited activity, material misrepresentation, unacceptable risk or an unresolved compliance issue. Restrictions may be urgent where harm or legal obligations require action. Refunds, reversals, chargebacks, reserves, compensation adjustments and the timing of amounts payable are governed by applicable law and the merchant agreement; this policy does not create an undisclosed fee, an unlimited confiscation right or a new reserve percentage. Supplier earnings are contractual compensation payable by Ogion Consulting AB under the merchant agreement, not a transferable stored-value wallet. Do not evade restrictions by opening another account.

23. Cooperation and disclosures

We may cooperate with payment acceptance partners, competent authorities, courts and other authorised recipients where legally required or otherwise supported by a valid basis. Information sharing must be proportionate to the purpose and applicable legal requirements. We may need to preserve records, provide information, restrict activity or delay notifying an affected person where the law requires it. Nothing here promises that a partner or authority will approve a product, or grants Una Launch a regulatory authorisation it does not hold. Do not submit false evidence or ask us to conceal information from an authorised investigation.

24. Changes, acceptance and contact

This is version 2026-10-17.1, an initial legal draft for professional review. Policy changes will be versioned and published, and material changes will be communicated or require renewed acceptance where appropriate. An acceptance record identifies the account, application, document version, document fingerprint and server timestamp. Existing accepted versions and audit records are preserved. A policy update does not itself rewrite historical orders or automatically change an existing approved merchant’s status. Ogion Consulting AB’s registration number, registered office and designated legal-contact details have not yet been verified in the platform records and must be completed before commercial launch. Until verified legal contact information is published, use https://unalaunch.com/contact for policy questions or review requests. Do not send payment credentials or account secrets.
